If you ever want to see Sleeping Beauty again...

Ransom: Cinnastix

Note: She is being treated fairly well. She enjoys being wrapped up in her blanket/dish towel.

Let this be a lesson to one and all about leaving behind your valuables. We're sorry we had to make an example out of you, Sleeping Beauty...kind of.

Sleeping beauty is so sad :-( I hope you can live with the scrutiny the public will unleash on you for this dastardly deed. Right public? I can't HEAR YOU!

Apparently I'm going to need to put your blog in an RSS feedreader or something. It seems that if you really wanted a ransom, you would have placed the demand somewhere a person who is working 65+ hours a week would be able to find it.

Hey while you've got this kidnapee why don't you show us some good-faith demonstration and wash the poor thing - I mean we need to know it's been well cared for if we're going to cough up that kind of... dough (tee hee!)

You know, Doug, if it's truly an item worth paying a ransom for, don't you think you should probably have noticed it was missing long before the RSS feed would have notified you?

I'm just saying...

Alli's got a really good point.

She's been here for sooo looong that we were just going to adopt her, but then she started getting all demandy on us. (Where's my blue dress? Why do I have to help clean? Aren't there fairy godmother's to do that for me? What, I have to sleep on the couch?!)

As for the washing, maybe I'll let Maxwell take a lick at her for an hour or two.

Man, I tell you what. I'm not going to volunteer multiple laptops I don't get use at future draft sessions if this is the kind of abuse I'm going to get. I was way to busy putting away THE EXCESS of computer equipment I DONATED to notice the living being I was also keeping track of had forgotten her favorite doll. Besides, isn't it HER job to forget how cool it is to hang out at Aunt Carries and pick up her own toys? Sheesh. Apparently four and one half years is the new two and three quarters years old.
